Supervision and controlling systems

The areas of application of image processing systems for supervision

and control are boundless. Starting from the work piece measurement in

industrial application up to rating of fast moving objects in the agricultural

area INSENSIV has realised numerous projects.
 

In industrial agricultural applications INSENSIV has developed, for example,

a counting and rating system of chicken eggs. Although no egg resembles

the other, the product permits an on-line measurement as well as the

qualitative regulation of damages and soiling.
 

INSENSIV has developed a special lighting concept for the analysis of the

quality of corn in harvesters. On this occasion, very intensive short light

pulses of less than 50 microseconds are implemented.
 

Furthermore INSENSIV compiled outside applications with which the

influence of the sunlight is reduced to an absolute minimum to achieve

consistent results. Moreover an especially developed LED lighting in the

infrared range is used.
