Your personal data:

Personal data means any information relating to your identity. This is for example your name, address, telephone number or your e-mail address. In special cases we need your name and your address and maybe other data to reply your enquiry and to fulfill the requested services. This includes for example the sending of brochures/flyer or other information or to answer your questions. If necessary, we will advise you accordingly. In addition, we only process your data which you provide us voluntarily or automatically. For consulting services we only collect those data, which we necessarily need to perform services. If we ask you for further data, it is optional. Your personal data which you made available will be solely processed for the mentioned purpose.

For further personal data which are optional we assume that the processing is in your interest (point (f) Art. 6 (1) GDPR). Our legitimate interests are to perform our services according to our agreement.


For enquiries without a customer relationship with us we process your data for the following purposes: distribution, marketing and advertising. You can at any time withdraw consent of the processing of your personal data for advertising.

Our websites use contents of third parties for example videos, fonts or scripts. For the presentation of the contents of third-party websites it is necessary that your IP address is forwarded to the third party. We can not control how the third-party use or process your personal data. Google Maps Plugin: On our website we use a Plugin of Google Maps. The operator of Google Maps is Google Ireland Limited. With the use of Google Maps on our website some information of the use and your IP address will be forwarded to a Google server in the U.S.A. and also stored on this Server. We do not know which kind of data will be transferred and how Google uses those data. In that case Google denies the connection of those data with information of other Google services and the processing of personal data. However Google can forward this data to third parties. If you deactivate Javascript in your browser you prevent the execution of Google Maps. But then you can not use the map on our website. Notes on data processing in connection with the Facebook fan page

We use our Facebook fan page to inform you about our company, our products and our services. And, of course, also to get in touch and communicate with Facebook users. Furthermore, your data is usually also processed for market research and advertising purposes.
